Sudden and constant urges.

Im so sorry but i still have that sudden urges to make myself bleed. 

Been thinking on how does it feels to have my lips busted because someone punched me,

Or how cool it is to bleed myself and got admitted into a hosp. 

Is this a cry of attention? Am i an attention seeker? Am i ? 

I need help. Right?
